Here are photos of her just sleeping. I used stickers of course, but to make the ceresin moon I cut the paper into a circle and placed the photo that I cut into a circle over it leaving some of the yellow to show making it look like a moon. Then with a marker I drew the face a long with adding some tiny lines making it looked like stitching.
